4.  คำแนะนำและคำเตือนต่าง

 คําแนะนําในการปรุงอาหารไทย
 ผัดเปรี้ยวหวานไก เปนอาหารขึ้นชื่อของประเทศไทยไปทั่วโลก นักศึกษาทําผัดเปรี้ยวหวานไกเปนหรือไม ลองคุยกับเพื่อนวา ผัดเปรี้ยวหวานไก เขาทํากันอยางไร หรือจะชวนกันทํา เปนอาหารกลางวัน อาหารเย็นก็ได คราวนี้ เรามาดูวิธีการทําเปรี้ยวหวานไก เปนภาษาอังกฤษแตกอนอื่นขอให ศึกษาคําศัพทที่เกี่ยวของกอน






วิธีปรุง (Preparation)
Thai Chicken Sweet and Sour Recipe.
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, and marinate with ½ teaspoon of salt, ½
 the teaspoon of pepper and a pinch of corn flour mixed with the rice wine or sherry. Leave to
marinate for 15 –30 minutes while making the sauce.
To make the sweet and sour sauce, take tomato ketchup, cucumber, onions, salt,
sugar, pepper and some water or stock and mix in a saucepan.

Then bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 10 –15 minutes whilst
frequently stirring.
Mix the corn flour with a little bit of water till dissolved and pour straight into the
boiling sauce. Mix in and remove from the heat when the sauce has thickened.
Heat up the oil on a low heat in a frying pan or work.
Add the chicken and fry until golden and crispy on the outside.
Crush the garlic and add to the pan, stirring until you can smell the garlic but so
as not to burn it.
Chop the vegetable into chunks or slices and add them all into the pan.
Stir - fry for a few minutes until the onion starts to go a little soft and then add the
sweet and sour sauce.
Cook for another couple of minutes to combine the flavors and you are ready to
serve. Serve with Jasmine Rice or Noodles, then enjoy!



Ingredients
2 cups shredded green papaya
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup  bean (cut into 1'long)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons palm sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup tomato (wedged)
1/3 cup dried shrimps
1/4 cup peanuts
10 green chilies
5 cloves fresh garlic

Preparations

1. Use mortar and pestle to crush the chilli and garlic, add shrimps, continue crushing.
2. Add sugar, continue beating with the pestle, then add the papaya, carrot, bean, fish sauce, lime juice, tomato, and peanuts. Continue beating until all ingredients mixed well.
3. Finally, season with sugar, fish sauce, or lime. The original taste this dish should be the balance taste between sweet, (pepper) hot, salty, and sour.
4. Serve with vegetables (e.g. cabbage, string bean, napa, etc.). Thai people love to eat Sticky Rice with Papaya Salad. In this case, sticky rice can be served together with finished Papaya Salad.




Ingredients of Beef Paneng

beef sliced to a small piece 1 cup
red curry paste 2 tablespoon
cooking oil 2 tablespoon
coconut milk 1 cup
sugar 2 tablespoon
fish sauce 2 tablespoon
basil leaves 1 piece
red chilli by sliced 1 tablespoon
kaffir lime leaves sliced to a small piece 1 tablespoon

Preparation of Beef Paneng

1. Heat the oil in a pan. put red curry paste and stir it around one minute and then put the coconut milk and stir it until it to combine
2. Add beef that sliced, sugar, fish sauce. stir it to combine
3. Add basil, chilli and kaffir lime leaves. stir it around 1 minute
4. Serve to a bowl. eat with jasmine rice.
